Closing a missing loop
The film that protects products should not become a permanent waste.
Grocery bags, stretch wrap, and bread bags are lightweight and useful—but difficult to recover at scale. Western PCR is building the infrastructure to turn that overlooked material into dependable manufacturing feedstock.
The result is a regional circular system: Western material stays in productive use, converters gain a domestic source of recycled polyethylene, and brands gain a credible path toward recycled-content commitments.
